Hindu Society of North Carolina (Triad Hindu Temple)is located at 7751 Alcord Rd, Greensboro NC 27409. It was founded in 1979 with a mission to serve the Hindu community and promote Hindu culture through religious, social and educational activities. Events like puja, bhajans, children's program, celebration of festivals and community services are regularly scheduled.

We have proudly celebrated 30 years of our existence in 2009. This landmark was achieved due to the vision of the founders, support of the HSNC patrons and hardworking volunteers for all these years. The Pratistha Mahotsav was successfully completed in August 2009. We thank all devotees for their participation and contributions.

In April 2019, Triad Hindu Temple conducted grand Groundbreaking ceremony for New Triad Hindu Temple construction at 7751 Alcorn Road, Greensboro, NC 27409.

In February 2021, Triad Hindu Temple has conducted Balalaym Pravesam at 7751 Alcorn Road, Greensboro, NC 27409. The Prana Pratistha Mahotsav at Balalay was successfully completed in May 2021. We also completed PradhanaAlaya Bhumi puja in April 2021. We thank all devotees for their participation and contributions.

Triad Hindu Temple conduct daily rituals and prayers for universe and individual peace and wellbeing. Please check temple h.ours for daily puja timings. Also, we celebrate all Hindu religious and cultural events. Our head priest offers several priest services at Temple and at other locations.

The objectives of Triad Hindu Temple include but not limited to:

• Operate a Hindu temple in Triad area built according to Agama Sasthras, perform and uphold Hindu religious activities as defined in Vedas and Upanishads
• Provide humanitarian and compassionate services to the entire community in the region through cross-cultural activities
• Provide facilities to members of the Hindu community for celebration of festivals and other religious ceremonies
• Promote the benefits of yoga and meditation for the development of the mind, body and soul
• Promote Indian music, art, dance and culture in the community
• Promote Hindu religion and propagate ideals for world peace, harmony, spiritual and personal health through the tenets underlying Hindu faith which is Sanatana Dharma

Triad Hindu Temple offers Balvihar classes - the purpose of Balvihar is to develop an awareness of our Hindu cultural and spiritual heritage, traditions, and values. THT also offers Yoga classes and Youth Club.
