Once rental form is submitted, one of our facility usage and rental team board member will contact you within 3 days and confirm the request 

Facility Usage and Rental payments can be paid using Zelle/Paypal ID treasurer@triadhindutemple.org or by Check in the name of "Triad Hindu Temple"
